Spent the day sieving and de-seeding 5, one gallon ziplock bags of wild blackberries. Unfortunately something went wrong and it didn't set-up, basically had a lot of syrup. So today I dumped it all, re-sterilized the jars, and re-cooked the jam with more sugar, lemon juice, and pectin. This time it set up, got 18 pints of tasty product!
