Blue Cheese Auto #1 Dry

Hey guys and gals. On day 5 of drying about 1/3 of my blue cheese that I harvested, weighing in at 1.78oz. Couldn't get the humidity down, even with 2 dehumidifers, so I cut them from the stems today to help them along and I've had a fan underneath a few tiers of the mesh down the whole time. So super sticky. Can't wait to get her curing and finish harvesting the rest when she's ready!
