Brown spot on leaf

Hay guys so I went to check on my plants and I saw a brownish rust spot on the northern light plant, wondering if this is concerning?

Pro mix soil
70% humidity
Ph 6.3-6.7 (changing it up between feeds)

Leaves are also still a little bent

Looking at the bullseye effect, I would almost bet you dripped water on that leaf. The drop acts like a magnifying glass and literally causes a burn.
Oh shit, I actually sprayed the plant leaves, so I take it I shouldn't do that? And do you think that would have stressed the plant?

NOT A PROBLEM THEY ARE GREAT!!!
ITS JUST A LITTLE SHOCK OF NUTES
NORMAL. NUTES A ARE HIGH
200PPM
TRY DISTILED WATER 500 ML AND 1 TABLE SPOON MOLASES
YOUR GOING TO CUT THOSE NEXT WEE ANYWAYS

2 and a half weeks now, I gave her first feed of nutes in week two but directly in the soil, soil is still moist after 5 days though
