Burned cotyledon tips

I have a 4 days old seedling and I have found this morning its cotyledon tips burned. What could be the problem?
No nutrients added so far.

No nutrients added doesn’t mean much, the mix itself could be too ‘hot’, what is it they’re planted in?

It is planted in regular soil (no peat moss added). I plant other plants in similar soil before and did not see this problem.

Low humidity..... I have almost the same problem on one plant (first leaves) and I think it was due to low humidity.

It was explained to me that a seedling needs 60-70% RH because the leaves work almost like roots in the beginning to absorb moisture. If not enough moisture those leaves would dry out. They will use those leaves until the roots are established.

This is my opinion, and I'm new as well....so......
