Cotyledon Fell Off

Greetings all. First time grower here. Yesterday my seed sprouted and the seed was still on one of the cotyledon leaves and this morning when I checked on the plant the seed had fallen off but the leaf fell off as well. Will this kill the plant or should I let it keep going. Seedling is only a couple days old. Growing a OG Kush Autoflower from Humboldt in an AC Infinity 2x2 with a 100W LED running at 40% about 18 inches from the seedling. Rh ranging 60-70% and temp around 73-75F. Thanks for any information provided.

Yes it will be ok, with just the one. But., it will be slower than if it had two (I just mean to start, once it gets its true leaves up and running it will be back to normal). Be very careful with your watering, that looks like a LOT of water in that cup with one slightly handicapped seedling.

Thanks for the tips. Yea I had just taken the plastic off the cup for that pic. It was the humidity in the cup. But I will definitely keep an eye on my watering

Don’t worry as long as there’s a growth point, On my last grow I had on that came up with no cotyledons! Just two tiny leaves, ended up being a great plant.

I find seedlings dont need the humidity a clone needs.
I dont use any type of dome after its broken ground.
