I just wanted to ask Canadians ,and anyone with an opinion, what you think about Bush in general in relation to Canadian/US relations, involving the Drug War in North America, economics and anything pot related.

No state has decriminalized weed...DaHui said:I personally find it hard to believe that that president of yours went from being a drunk and cocaine addict to seeing God's way and clearing his path. I doubt he nowadays thinks drugs are baaaadd, the dweeb did them for years.
Anyways, I don't think that Bush will be a great influence on our marijuana laws. You guys got what, 11 states now that have decriminalized it? It's only better for us. It might go a province at a time here, starting with Bristish Columbia and Quebec. He's your president and not many Canadians like him, that probably includes our Prime Minister...
Our marijuana drug related black market does not depend on yours. Yours depends on ours, most likely. I'm talking about weed that comes from BC and that is smuggled over to the North West part of the US... I've never heard of weed from the US coming to us, only ours going to you. So for us, the drug cartels are good, in a way, not that i support the black market, but our pot related economy is probably getting stronger cuz of our illegal importations to the States... And let's not forget to mention the increasing number of people smoking weed, that too help the black market drug "economy" in both our countries. But over all, like I mentioned, in what seems to be our CND/US economical pot relationships, you help us out more then we probably do.
We are also an easier going country I believe. Our laws, some of them, are less harsh, and we are also more tolerant when it comes to marijuana. It'll only be a matter of time before it is decriminalized here.

But America's president has always been a "world leader" in a sense, someone other countries confide in aswell as our own. I think Bush has made a bad example of how a "super power" if you will, interacts with other countries.
As soon as he's out of office, I feel there will a GREAT feeling of relief world wide.
PS: Canada is straight as hell. It would be a nice place to visit, but too damn cold to live there. anyway...SMOKE WEED!
