Hey guys, I have read anywhere between 4x4, 5x5, 4x8 is good for 4 plants.

I'm a new grower, I don't want to fall behind by needing to upgrade equpiment. So I'm trying to look at the best options to perform grows with 4 healthy full sized plants. I plan on growing all kinds of strains, so I have to consider that too.

Does anyone have any advice? I don't want to overspend on space if it isn't necessary.

Well, you could potentially fill all 3 of those dimensions with 4 plants. So if you don’t want to upgrade to a bigger tent later then I say go big. It’s always nice to have more space than you need, just incase you end up needing it.

Bigger is better, even if you don't fill it with the plants you'll have room for fans, humidifier, etc. Plus more room for the plants is a good thing. I'd say get the biggest that you can fit. I've always been limited by the area I've had to use, if I had a large basement or an extra room I'd go bigger for sure.
