CKS White Widow auto flower - When will I know to harvest?

Hi all I am a newbie grower looking for advise on harvesting I am using hsp and cfl lighting when I turned off the hsp my buds look a totally different color I am a poor grower with nothing more than a magnifying glass to look at tricomes they were started on March 8th any input would be helpful

How tall did you're plants get before showing pistols? Mine are around 14 inch and they are showing. Just want to know if this is normal or really early?
