Clones cut from early flowering, will they ever veg?

I’m like a month in here. Had some problems with lack of nitrogen in the beginning bird anyway , Cut these clones around the second week of flowering. Had no way to preserve them before that . One of them now looks like it’s growing a giant bud even though they have been under 24 hours of light since they were cut . any ideas what I’m looking at here ? Will it go back to veg ? Thanks
