copper defiency or anything else , bad scrog attempt

hello i'm inexperienced grower and this is my 3rd grow and ı have several problems what is this white yellow discoloration of edge leaves(copper defiency ?) and ı know this very bad scrog and what can ı do ? can I start flowering stage or should I wait a few days ? thanks a lot(humidity is not constantly %45 approx %60 temperature 26-28 400w hps general organics nutrition)

Yellow tips is too much N, what nutes and what % of manuf suggested amount ya giving them

soil biobizz light mix water ph is between 6.20-6.70 (tap water)
go bioroot plus 1.5 ml per L , General Organics biothrive grow 1ml per L and General Organics BioWeed 1.5 ml per L and ph -up for preparing ph 6-7 ph range(that's standart chart of manufacturer and my usings)
