Could i grow with this setup?

So i've been browsing around and i've found this: 400 Watt Grow Light Sunhood HID Kit


I would like to use this in a grow bow with the dimensions of 2 feet wide, 3 feet long, and 5 feet high, i have not built my box as of yet, and would like to know if this would be a good solution, or would i have to change anything up by making it smaller/bigger? any suggestions would be great!
