I have a ton of bag seed brown to almost black seeds but it seems none of them want to germinate. Is this normal? To give you an idea I have one out of eight so far that have germ. the rest never do anything. Any thoughts?

Yeah and on top of it being bag seed, the ones with the tiger stripes or spots and that are a grayish-tannish color tend to have a higher germ rate. Ones that are off white or black tend to not be viable. But for real, I just attempted to germ 6 Blue Mystic seeds from Nirvana for 3 weeks. Not even a crack. Soaked in pH 6 water, heating pad, paper towel, the whole nine. Nothin'. I'll never order those again.

Sounds like you have old dried seed bro. It happens when seeds are not stored properly.
