Problem beans

I recently purchased an assortment of beans from bean seller X. One of the varieties is White Widow. I have been able to germ all the varieties except for the WW. I've tried several methods ranging from water germination to just putting some beans in soil.

At this point, I'm thinking I got a bad batch of White Widow seeds.

Anyone have any ideas here?

Brother, I had the same problem with some I bought. I used two, one cracked and immediately died and one survived but is growing very slowly. I have WW from 3 different breeders, so I'm hoping that the beans from the other breeders fare better.

I'm not sure how reputable the seller was. I'll see what an email generates. Maybe I'll be as lucky as you!
