Yea you could, what's your room humidity? Try lowering it by adding another fan or may e check to see if your fan may need cleaning.
How long has it been in flower for? how many other plants have you got? Have you got any pics?

white mold is often powder mold.
we have plenty of sponsors here that offer affordable treatments for this.
normally i would suggest a few home remedies, but it seems to me that you have humidity higher than it should be.
can you please tell us a little more about your grow conditions.

Cannabis going into flower should live at around 30-50% humidity ideally. as heat rises, relative humidity drops. so you can go as high as 90f if you really needed to, this should help, but you need to get the humidity thing sorted perminantly if you want to grow in that location =)
