Deer and Bud

I've heard that deer will eat pot once,but it will upset their stomaces and they wont ever try it again.Is there any truth to this?

Why would you want to get a deer high? Don't waste your bud on something stupid like that.

more of a caution for outdoor growers I would think. I doubt a deer would eat weed from a person, let alone harvested cured bud.

If the deer was domesticated, it would relish harvested cured bud, and would most likely take it from your hand. In the wild you would not get that close.
I've seen outdoor crops decimated by grazing animals - where I am you have to watch the deer, goats, kangaroos, possums, wallabies, wombats, and emus. They all love weed, fresh or dried!

I've been told they wont eat the buds, but they WILL eat your fan leaves on the plant.Horses will eat the entire plant,and cows dont mess with it.

I have even seen a camel eat weed, and a yak in Ladakh eating the dross after hash making. Stoned yaks are easier to milk lol.

My boyfriend walks 3 hours to get to work almost every day, and to make it a little easier he usually rolls a joint and packs a bowl for his long walk. Last summer he was sitting by some rail road tracks behind his place of work to finish smoking a bowl before he went in, and he noticed there was a deer standing near him and that the wind was blowing his hits in the deers direction. The deer stuck around for the rest of the bowl and then booked off. He got home and started complaining about how that deer used him for his weed.
