Different bulbs

Did a a search and cant find anything. I suck at growing, i know that for a fact. Ok so spring isnt to far away .... Now i was thinking about this and cant come up with and explanation. If you grow inside you have to change the bulbs, So what happens when you grow outside ??? I just dont understand it. Any help will be appreciated ....

Man has not made a light bulb yet that can mimic the entire light spectrum of the sun. That's why they say you have to change from MH to HSP when you go from veg to flowering. They both but out different spectrums of sun light. The sun does it all though. Hope that answers your question.
