Disgusting! What the hell's eatin' my roots?

Some kind of maggoty dark brown worm. What can I put in the water to kill them. DWC. Drowned roots attracted this maggot. Plant is fine. I think I caught it early. But I have not found a fix. Well ... I don't like any of the fixes I have heard. Best option for me is to get nemotoads according to online sources. Not sure where to buy?

I have no clue what kind of larva, maybe mosquito? Anyway, whether you have mosquito larva in your tanks or fungus gnat larva in soil, Mosquito Dunks will do the trick. These dunks are available at any hardware store and are relatively inexpensive. The dunk donuts were made to float on water and release BTi bacteria which interfere with a larva's digestive system.
