Does dipping a pot into nutrient solution work like flood and drain?

I'm already growing in 18L pots and 45L pots watering by hand, mixing up nutrients for each plant... its time consuming about 5 hours to water all and watering every 2-3 days.

I had an idea of buying air pots AIR POTS 30 L - AMAZING ROOTS = AMAZING YIELDS..! | eBay they seem cheap enough.

Then the plan is to buy a Nutrient tank 90 LTR NUTRIENT TANK /NEXT DAY DELIVERY | eBay if not something similar or I can get a used bath tub.

I want to fill the tank with ready mixed nutrients so that the water level is about 10mm or 1/2" from the top of the air pots.

Then the plan is to dip the pots into the tank hold them there for couple minutes to let them absorb the nutrients then place the pot on a mesh on one half of the tank to catch any water coming out.

I plan on using clay pebble with coco coir mix and Canna coco products.

Is there something wrong with this plan?
is there a better way?
