Um... I dont know about the drug war and stuff.... but whenever I get bored I seem to be able to entertain myself with the CIA world factbook. I'm a nerd like that, I enjoy learning random (and not-so-random) world facts.

There is an article in the new Rolling Stone about that. It's a good read. It says that government spends an estimated $35 billion on the war on drugs and most of that is aimed at marijuana. The funniest part (well its actually pretty seriously stupid but its funny that the gov't can be so fuckin stupid) is that more and more people keep smoking. That article said 1 in 3 people under 35 have smoked in the last year.
