Is Ebay reliable when it comes to buying a 400 watt HPS lighting system? I need a light and there are some great deals on Ebay, like around $150 dollars including shipping.

If you go check out mars hydro here they are a sponsor they have a forum ask for Sara and I'm sure if your on 420 they give a discount as well.
They have decent lights for 150$
