Fan leaves are dying

A quick update on my fan leaf problem. Although nitrogen did help things just didn't seem quite right. So I decided to flush everything and I noticed the ph of the runoff was 5.5. No wonder I was having a lock out problem. After flushing the ph came up to 6.2 but I think it should be at 6.5???? Hogdady, I think your lime Idea is what I am going to do next. Thanks for the help. Will advise with the results.
