Fan leaves curling overnight

Hi everyone I am new to the forums and I have started a grow on July 1st of 1 x feminized Bubblegum XL but just this morning I went to check on her after the lights came on and noticed some of the blades on the main fan leaves were starting to curl around the serrated edges. I watered her lastnight with about a cup worth just before lights out because she was feeling pretty lite and had not been wattered in almost 3 days before that. Is it possible the watering before lights out had something to do with it? I also recently went from a 24/0 light schedule to 18/6 started 3 days ago and I am using new lights as well a 600w viparspectra v600 at a height of 28" from the canopy, before that i was only running 4-23watt cfl 6500k's which she seemed to like very much and exploded in growth from day 10-18. I also topped her at the 5th node a week ago and up until 3 days ago I can't really tell that she has been growing. She is in a 1 gallon container currently with plans for a transfer to a 6 gallon growbag in a few days or so. Does anyone know what could be causing this? Ph in soil and water is fine as far as that is concerned aswell. Since this morning the curling is not looking as bad so I am really thinking it may have to do with watering but any advice or help is appreciated.

:welcome: @Liqurd4tay0z

follow the light setting from the manifacture manual. I've used that light before
Also, I am gona say the way you waterd her was probebly what caused it.

Don't water it for few days and let the soil dry out some what. Stick 1" of your fingure in the soil and see if its wet, moist or dry before you water. Also, when you do give her water give your self some break. meaning give it a little bit and stop, then come back in 5 min and give her a bit more water then stop.
You don't want to just chuck some water at the soil
Also, in my sig you can find a link on "how to water a planted pot" by emilya. you'll see some improvments quickly

Hey thanks for your reply. Well as far as wattering goes I always check by weight of the pot as i said she was feeling pretty lite and I stick my finger in to the knuckle to check that way too. I am always very careful to water very slowly and as evenly as possible, amd never just dump on the water and thats it. I will so it slow and often a few minutes later I will add more. I am really starting to wonder if this light is responsible because I have other plants in my grow space exhibiting the same behavior too. The light is 30" from the tops which according to manufacturer is just fine at this stage in the plants life. They haven't gotten worse but they are not getting better either. Im trying to rule out as much as i can so i re-potted her in a 6 gallon grow bag. The roots appeared healthy and were not showing signs of root bound but centre of the soil was pretty hard so I gave it a little loosening before dropping her into the soil which I also want to add was quite dry from the bottom up so I'm not so sure about over wattering here. I think I am going to try putting her back under the cfls which she was thriving under previously and see if this makes a difference.
