Feminized seeds can hermie?

Yes a feminized seed can hermie. Infact they will do so more often then a regular female as many "Fem" seeds came from hermie pollen.

fem seeds just means that they will genetically start off female. "Hermieing" is genetic protection for the plant. In the event its life is threatened (or changed dramatically) it will forfeit genetic superiority i.e. crossing its genes with another, in favor of pure survival. It will produce its own pollen and self pollinate in order to emergency produce offspring. Many plants just reproduce normally this way as they have both sexes already built into them. What your paying for is the difference between buying 12 seeds and getting one female and buying 12 seeds and getting 12 females. Hermies do not always totally convert, sometimes they just get nuts on areas effected by light leaks or just at the end of the grow cycle. it all depends.
