First attempt at LST

Hello ! So just curious what would you guys suggest about another defoliation at this point ? Very thick in the middle again I try to tuck them but it’s very thick with tops , should I snip a few more leafs off to let more light get to those smaller bud sites , she has about 2 more feedings before the switch to just ph’d water , she is 56 days old , or is that to stressful at this point ? Thanks!

You can trim some leaves off but don’t over due it. Just a couple a day

Hey guys so she is turning out beautiful , but I have an issue that some say isn’t a problem but it seems weird , my veg tent out grew itself so I had to remove my one vegging plant and place it in the bloom tent with my baby from above , the issue I’m having is that it’s drooping ever since I put it in there , is this normal ? The veg tent is 600watts running on veg mode and bloom tent is 900 watt running on full mode , does she need to just get use to the new much more power lighting for a few days? It’s been in there for almost 2 days now , and there is an updated pic to my first baby
