First Grow - Hydro - 2 in 1 Bag Seed

Hello this is my first grow I'm using hydroponics.i came across this system really cheap.Im using an apollo hid mh and his lights
I'm using cutting edge solutions just the micro bloom and grow no boosters or additives the pics are from seedlings until now the flowering stage I started training them about a week ago but I'm not toeing them down so the do come back up.any feed back or advise is welcomed.
