First harvest wondering how my plant did

I had my first harvest today after trimming my buds I have about 560 grams of fresh cut buds off one plant it took me 6 and a half hours to trim the buds but I was hoping for some feed back on it and seeing how I did

good stuff. probably 5 or 6 ounces once dried.

Is that good or bad for a plant is it low or high just wondering what u think thank u all

IMHO, that's good for your first grow. i did 17oz from 4 plants my first time and was very happy with that. next grow my smallest plant gave me 5oz dried.

Totally dependent on cultivar and if its photo-period or autoflower.
If its autoflower then 4 oz would be a solid average for most cultivars.
If it's a photo-period then 4 oz is not bad for a first grow.
But even that's totally subjective, like if you grew that plant in a tiny closet with a 100w LED in a 3 gal pot and got 4 oz then that would be a killer grow.
I always shoot for between 8 to 10 oz per plant and I grow two plants at a time.
But I am in 25 gallon fabric pots with 600 watts of LED.
My goal with these lights which are cheap blurples was to get 22 oz from 2 plants to break 1gr/w .
The closest I've come was 19 1/2 oz.
Got 11 oz on one and 8.5 oz off the other.
But then again with old style blurples that are only like 1.2 umols/j that's not too bad I guess.
My new lights I should have up and running in about a week or so I should be able to easily break the 1gr/w goal.
Dimmed down to where they are between 850 to 1000 PPFD they should run around 3+ umols/j.
I doubt that I'll get more than I have in the past, maybe squeak 20 oz possibly but I should be able to do it using about 400 watts instead of 600.
So it's all totally subjective and dependent on several factors.
Its 4+ oz of good weed you didn't have a couple months ago.
Are you going to post a picture of what they looked like after you trimmed them, too?
