Here's some pics of my three new mothers, to go outside so i don't have to fight the hot weather this summer. Also my first attempt at LST. Used some of my bonsai wire to start the lst, made it very easy to do!

Thought i'd show you guys my latest project for my herb.
-tin can with a lid
-soldering iron (never used for soldering)
-mason jar
-clear tube
-cord
-bowl
This was a start but just burnt the herb so had to modify...
Now i have good control of the heat, nice and smooth. Still want to do a few things to it but for now it works.

Damn brotha those are some tastie lookin noogets u got there! Day 48, thats 3 weeks ahead of mine. Hope mine look that good in a month.

So round three turned out better then expected. 308 grams of nice tight buds and 42 grams of small loose bud that will go in the next bubble hash.

Here they are all grown up, i'm now a believer of the LST method and will start doing this indoors. I'm a little disappointed with the progress, cause of the crappy summer.I should of harvested by now. Looks like another 20 days to go...

Thanks Bro! Happy you stopped by. All an all was a good year had three indoor grows, for my first go at it i'm happy. The last four months i have not had anything going. I dismantle my makeshift room so i could make it more efficient.
I'm really stoked with my new room turned the lights on Christmas eve. For 2011 I decided that i was going to stay with the same strain as i've read that's a good idea for first grows. But hell i'm more then ready for something new! The new strain is diesel, i've only had my new clones for two and a half weeks and i'm so impressed at how fast there growing. I so can't wait to see some flowers!!

Fantastic grow...i'm going to take your advice and put one of my clones in a upside down position...i know more light comes from the side of cfl..i didn't want that much light on my sprout...that was a 105 w daylight bulb...really too much...thanks for looking in...
man every time i come back to your thread, I find myself having that same grin you referred to back in my journal haha, shit looks so frosty my friend. def some good smoke!

Cheers! I should make a new post of this diesel grow I'm working on.
I'm about 2weeks into flower now... starting to get the "grin" LOL! I'm lovin the new room, well more like a walkin closet. Looking for some new lights but can't decide first it was led's, then it was hps/mh digital ballast, now I'm looking at t5's and really like what I'm seeing even for flowering. Ultimately I'm thinking the biggest t5 i can find for vegging and flowering in the summer months? (if possible) For the colder months run a 1k digital hps/mh would be the ticket.

Yeah def post up progress on your other grow!! damn, holding out on us?! hahaha....
shit bro, yeah that all boils down to how much you can spend on electric, your def gonna have some more heat with that 1k HPS, but at the same time, you'll get the returns to cover the electric

Some led fixtures are nice, but when it comes to led light you CANT skimp out, the cheap ones are cheap for a reason, its because they use crappy leds. leds that dont even put out the color spectrums that they claim, meaning that they are just about useless to a grower.. I would def love a sick ass led fixture! I've seen some dank ass nuggetry come from an led setup..
