You had a bit of bad luck with boys ruining the party so it's great to see girls only this time
It's hard to say how long flowering will take, different conditions and different strains vary, anything between 50 and 80 days, if you keep posting pics we can help you spot when they are looking ready.

How do I keep missing your posts? Guess everyone is getting crazy busy now that ’Rona has taken a back seat. So glad you have some green chicks growing! Looking great Reci, really nice job.

We just got home from a 5 day vacay and my girls look like THIS! The one in the pit is doing better because it has a water reservoir but my home girl (black bag) looks to be on life support. I watered them both just now…hopefully by morning she/they will perk up a bit more. #FingersCrossed

So…here we are! Buds aren’t bad towards the top but the bottom needs more love! I pruned some of the fan leaves so we shall see! These were taken yesterday…day 44 of flowering!

Lower buds don't get as big because the plant sends most of the growth hormones to the top of the plant, not because of a lack of light. Pruning the leaves deprives the plant of the solar panels it uses to absorb light and turn that light into growth.

The rule of thumb is if you can look down from the top of the plant and see the pot or the floor, you've taken too much.

Dammit! Didn’t know that. Thanks love! Still learning. This is only my 2nd grow. Do you think I’ve messed completely up? Someone else told me to remove the ones that were blocking the buds from the light(s)

Nah, but it's something to remember for next time!

You can always tuck those under the buds rather than cut them off. Especially on a plant as open and airy as yours. A densely packed indica might take a different approach since airflow might be a problem.

Plants send the growth hormones to the top because that's where the plant will have the best chance of finding pollen on the breeze!

Lower buds will always be smaller, even with the strongest light in the world...the sun.

Hey hey my fellow growers The girls are still doing their thang…S L O W L Y but surely (THIS TIME!). These pics are from today and yesterday, respectively. I now know NEXT TIME not to trim my girls sooo bald! #LessonLearned What y’all think?!
