First time grow

Hey guys

my plants in week 6 of veg and overall healthy but lately i been seeing some deficiencies I believe
and since I’m such a newbie i couldn’t figure it out and need your help on that please.

As shown in the pictures
the leaf tip are curling down and few of them are burnt and one leaf has yellow spots in the middle.

I’m using 600w led lights hanged at 20 inches
For nutes i’m using all purpose 20-20-20 liquid

Maybe some slight over fertilizing.Looks good,they will curl down 2-3 hours before the lights go out.Invest in some line of fertilizer and get some cal-mag.
20-20-20 you could run into problems down the road.If you ph the feed not much can go wrong.

It looks like you have spider mites. Check under the leafs that have the white spots.
As far as health wise they are very dark, so that leads me to believe nitro tox. That will cause the clawing also.
What’s your medium, input pH, and feed schedule like?
I don’t see anything indicating a calmag issue.

I checked it looks normal.

-i’m using 2 gallon medium
- For pH I haven’t measured for a while
the pen stopped working and I ordered a new one but with the quarantine it’s taking too long to arrive.
- feeding schedule
Tap water 2-3 days
Nutrient 2ml/ liter of tap water every 2 weeks.

The problem is where I live it’s really hard to find Some line of fertilizer. This is the only one i found and it’s a uk company called Omex.

Bro I spent half an hour checking nothing there. BTW the white spots are not as bad as shown in the pictures (stupid iPhone cameras)
Anyway here are some pics from under.
and for medium I’m using potting soil
