First time grower help

So this is my first time growing and I was wondering do they look right?
The main one I'm worrying about is my 12 day old one of the leafs look bent is that right see pic the other two are also a worry to me they are both 5 days in I know the hight is just the lack of light.
One 5000k cfl around 5-7 in away for all 3.
MG soil
Boiled tap water (need to get a pH kit)
Was one 24-0 switched to 18-6 2 days ago

So the bent looking leaf is nothing to worry about?

Nope. As it grows and forms it will straighten out and start reaching towards the light.

They do however look like they need to be moved into larger pots asap

By the looks of that it's wayyyyyyyyyyy to small. Id suggest at minimum 3 gallons if grown inside.

You can get away with it. Just make sure you fill it to the very top with soil.

Read and more reading. Create a journal to allow other members to follow along. This way if you run into problems they can easily help you with what's going on. Follow other members grow journals to help you understand the different stages and what to expect.

Yes they where just watered right before I took my pics

I just moved the one in the pinkish purple thing to a 2 gallon bucket also
And put more soil in the yellow one to fix the stretching issue
