Fungicide 3 is it ok?

Hi all.

So I wanted to begin a regimen to keep my indoor pests at bay. I read that a lot of you recommend neem oil. I found this at lowes

Its called Fungicide 3 and is "for organic gardening" per the company. Its active ingredient is 1% neem oil extract. Have any of you guys tried this stuff before? Will it work and will it not negatively effect my weed, either with the taste or by harming them?

If not what do yall recommend and also should i spray on the leaves (undersides too I know) and whipe off with a sponge. Or should I just spray it and leave it. How oftens hould I spray? Can I spray while budding?

If you read the bottle it says get it on all parts of the plant, although i dont think you should spray it on buds late in flowering. Also flush soil and spray regular water on the plant a week or two before harvest, if you dont water for the last week or so it will cut down the drying time.
