General Hydroponics Waterfarm

Im interested in trying out the General Hydrponics Waterfarm... Most all-in-one hydro systems are pictured with clay pellets...Can coco coir be used instead, as I've had success hand watering this medium, but I'd like to evolve my process a little. Coco coir is always my preferred medium.

coco is great for hydro, you may need to get creative if the pots are not compatible =)
