Germinate or Clone?

Hi,

This is my first serious grow attempt.

I have a nice walk in wordrobe 2.5metres by 1.5metres. It has a built in ducted exhaust and fresh air inlet. It holds a constant 20degrees C (with the light off) and 50% humidity. I am running a 400W Sonlight Agro HPS (which I believe covers the blue spectrum for the veg cycle as well) pumping out 55,000Lumens

I have 10 Big Bud seeds from amsterdam marijuana seeds and they have included 20 free seeds (discribed as "an Indica Sativa mix"). I have:
30 X 6.5L square pots
200L Janeco soil mix and all the Atami Bcuzz products required etc.. clone gel etc..

My question is, should I
Just go for it and germinate all the seeds? or
Germinate a few big bud seeds hopeing to quickly clone a nice one? or
Germinate all the big bud seeds and regenerate after budding while rasing clones?

Thanks for any opinions. And any advise and or critisims on the setup would also be cool. Still trying to get it right.

I would germinate most of the seeds and save 2 from each strain. Take clones from the strongest plants to keep that strain going in your collection.

Ok great, thats what ill be doing then.

Is there any benifit in pruning off buds at the end of the flowering and regenerating the plant back to 18hrs for a few weeks then asking her to bud again? or is this a bad idea?

Yes you can re-veg. Its a real pain though.
