Germinating seeds

Just wondering how I should germinate my seeds. I am a new grower. I am going to use a BCNL Producer. It arrived yesterday so I need help starting my seeds. They will be going into rockwool after germination. The type of seeds is Master Kush.

i used the paper towel method, kinda, and it worked fine,
i wet 2 (organic) coffee machine filters, put my seeds on them wet 2 more filters and put them on top, put them in a plastic shopping bag in a warm box on top the fridge.

3 seeds whit widow all germinated in 24 hours all plans are now beautiful, short, bushy, 2 week old plants, im using soil tho.

What I did was just soaked them in 2 bowls of ph balanced water that I let sit for 24 hours prior to putting the seeds in. They soaked for 5 days but really only needed 4. I was just waiting for all of them to sprout. One actually sprouted all the way out of the seed so I had to plant the sprout into the rockwool and it was fine!

I've had a 100% success rate with putting the seed straight in the soil and watering. After about 4 days or so they'd pop up.
I guess this doesn't really apply if your growin hydroponically, though.

Some one please help I have some seeds that sink but won’t pop any suggestions it’s my 2nd grow.
