Germinating...

Ok i am startin germinating my seeds tonight.... About how long does this "Process" take?? i only have to seeds,after i get them germinated i was thinking of starting them indoor then bringing them outdoor...., would it be ok to put them in the sun during the day? or should i just put a light on them? Would 20 watts be enough for 1 seed just to get it to grow maybe 2 inches??? Or should i just stay with the sun idea? Thanks alot

yeah it should be fine. just make sure its a floro and not a regular light bulb. or just put directly outside. germinating can take 1-5 days some times more i have heard so hang in there.

I think instead of using a light i am going to put them in my window.... what would be bertter ... sun or light???

Well i want to get them going atleast a couple of inches indoors then brimg them outdoors.... will the sun idea work atleast to get them started???? How big should they be before i bring them outdoors? Thanks

why wouldn't your plant grow using sunlight lol?....sunlight is natural. not light bulbs.
