Good Bye Ambien

Took Ambien for years up until Jan 2010, now I just smoke up a little and go to sleep, after eating a bunch of snacks of course. Been a gardner for decades and now trying my luck. Got a plant to almost ready on my first try and than got hit with a bad case of spider mites. On my second grow now and all is going well.



I am 100 percent hydro but also have one going with a drip system. I build all my own stuff.

I took Ambien for a while, it worked great for me! But after like 2 weeks I found myself craving the stuff (or perhaps craving the sleep...) I actually started smoking marijuana again because of my insomnia. It works great if you find the right strain.
