I've been lurking for a while now, and just have to say how impressed I was with the people on this forum. Knowledge levels are high, patience is abundant, and respect is commonplace. I'm new to the art, but this community seems like fertile ground.
I'm hoping I can ramp up quickly, so that I may be knowledgeable enough to contribute, even if it's just asking the stupid questions someone else was afraid to ask!

Welcome Rad. My advice would be to start a journal and follow a couple. It’s the best way to meet people and gain tons of knowledge.
