Best Bet would be 8- 18000 btu 18 Seer Systems. Each system is $1179.99 delivered , which comes out to $9,439.92.

I also have Multi Zone systems 48000 btu ea for $3500 each. You could do 2-3 of those too. Let me know if you need anything else. I have central systems if you want to go that route- hope this helps (3.14 btu per watt)

That calculation is based upon air cooled lights, if you are ducting your lights and removing the heat you can cut the Btu requirements in half.

The exterior heat will vary depending on outside ambient temps. 65-76f somewhere in that area. If the temp goes to high like 100f, the fan spins faster to cool it down to recommended temps. I sell low ambient kits that will allow you to set the temp on the outdoor unit also.
