I'm the same I struggle with shaking but if you can make a frame to sit it on and try and put it next to the plant and adjust to what you need, this works great for me or you could take a small bud and try it on a deal at balancing.

yes it does have one and before I put a cut on my girl I will have something set up to sit it on. I will check once twice three times before I cut , looking now lol

Do you leave them in total dark for any amount of time before harvesting?

I tested 24, 48, and 72 on the Trifecta grow.
72 seems to be max, and quite honestly not much more than 48.
I like the longer finish, so if you’re after THC, I would hit between 36-48. I’m sure it differs by strain.
This AK I let go for 4 days in 60-65 temp. It was like I sprayed it with a clear coat. Crispy trics.

should say very high THC

RH is kind of high.
I go 65-70F at 30-35%
You want low rH to prevent mold from forming.

Should be fine. I’m up in the mountains so low humidity isn’t hard to achieve.
