Ready to transplant?

Starting 3 purple Haze and 5 blue cheese fem from 420. 2 weeks old, started in Coco/ pearlite watering with 6.2-6.6 pH water under mars hydro tsl 2000 led. Going to 3 gal fabric pots wit amended organic soil. Do they look ready to transplant? Usually start and finish in same pot but did not receive them in time. Starting to see roots in drain holes yeaterday

Yes no more water till I move them. Mixing soil today nature's choose organic Coco pearlite with worm casting some bone meal and happy frog 4-4-4
 
Made the transplant into 3 gal fabric. Looks good so far

Here they are in week 3 of flower coming along nicely. 3 Purple & 4 blue cheese . Left them short under mars hydro tsl 2000 in organic soil and slow release happy frog fertilizer
