Hello all - New with New York MMJ card in mail

been dealing with chronic ptsd for 20 yrs and chronic pain for 14 years , DR has it to a point just under bearable. I'm not winching from pain which I have lived thru. indica strains have helped very much throughout the years on the rare occasion it was available. I have spoke with one dispensary 2 times and it seems he leaning towards vape pen with indica Olly strain as with the ptsd the native had made me feel sick the few time I had a grab at some. many years ago. , I'm ok with the strain , now the quality and cost of decent equipment that works?? any help info, anyone here and have rode this train , I would be grateful, happy

A vape pen might work but it will get expensive with regular use. There are other consumption methods that may work as well. Take a look at our Cannabis Oil forum - lots of info to read.
