Looks like thrip or light mite damage. Not sure...

Can you see thrip I have a few bugs thought they were fungus knats and are most these bugs prone when using coca or soil

Thrips are long and ugly. They look like a spec of dirt on your leaves. Look with an eye loupe. Cross reference with a bug chart.
