Help! In need of some info

So I've grown outdoors a lot but never with autos so i gave it ago and 2 n half weeks in my lil baby's are growing white hairs already not sure what there doing

Your auto is in far too small a pot. Folks usually plant the seeds in their final 5 - 10 gal (20 - 40l) pots. I suspect your baby is root bound in that solo cup triggering her to flower so soon.
