Help is it fungus gnats?

Things got serious those creatures reproduce quicker than i can kill em... not watering my plants anymore and can t see them crawling on soil anymore, but those flies are all over my house now.

Looks more like some kind of moth...

^^^ That's what I thought. Certainly not fungus gnats, way too big.
