By the looks it may be a P defiency. If your runoff is below 6 it can lockout P. and the one small yellowed leaf looks like it came from the bottom and was shed due to low light. But Im very medicated so i may be wrong. Ole'

(rapid middle on down yellowing thining out.) (this is the same plant the whole thing is thinning way out, to where its on its way to being bare stems.) ( this is the pic of the tops . The tops look real healthy. Its from their and down is the same plant on down.)

Having the same issue I am just north east of you up in the hills.
I contributed it to low under canopy light in my case anyway.
But I am sitting on pins n needles waiting for a reply on this one.

By the way I'd clean them out and not let dead leafs just hang.

Just the leaves alone I would have called it over-fert. Seeing the plants and the dark green fans, I'd say its ph related.

IF you over-fert. then let it dry out, the soil gets hotter as it drys.

Water them hard with a black kelp powder (will buffer the P-K flux)
Do not add any fertilizer until the healthy fans are a bit lighter in color.

Are you sweating them under that brown tarp?
