Help my plants please

i was gone for a few days when i came home my plants were covered with this white stuff that looks like mold is it i dont no the plant looks great except for that what do i do can someone tell me

how much venting do you have,,, fans? if you have plenty of air flowing around your plants i can't see it being mold.... good luck....
