I noticed all 3 of my girls have this problem. Driving me nuts. Can a kind soul help me identify it please?

Just placed in tent 2 days ago, plants around 3 weeks old.

my first thought is heat stress
do you have temp and humidity readings?
i have no experience with bubblers
so i am no help
but i at least bump your post so that the experts might notice

i would go with yuyo on the high heat thats my first thoughts also .
