Help on seedlings

hey just seeking help from fellow growers.
I have had these 2 seedlings for about 3 weeks now. They are both autoflowring, one is kc brains and i can't remember the other one. In the picture below you can see that one is starting to get yellow leaves at the bottom and turning brown, i don't know what this is from. I do not grow these indoor, they are outside on my roof, i water them about once a day using distilled water. temperature is about 30 degrees outside.
Im just wondering if you guys have any tips on what i should do and if I'm doing anything wrong. Thanks fellas

Personally I think they look great! The cotyledons always die off after they've done their work. I've never seen that idea with the straws. I assume you slit them open before you put them on there? What are they for?

Yes that's right I cut it down the middle, the reason i did that is because it needed extra support at the start as it was starting to get long and stringy
