Lighting and fan help

so i have 2 cfl 18 watt lights. Im just wondering if this is enough to let 2 autoflowring plants grow well enough. My yield doesn't have to be high but i just want these two plants to grow.

Also I'm thinking of buying a computer fan, obviously you can't plug them straight into a wall so can you guys help me on how to re wire or something so that it can. Thanks

I haven't grown a plant with cfls, other than cloning with them- but here is a link. What are Compact Fluorescents and How Can I use them for Growing?

Re. The computer fan. I go to a second hand store or recycling/junkyard type place and get an AC/DC adapter aka wall wart- black box/ DC power supply. The computer fans I've used were 12 volts. Anyway- get an adapter with the same voltage as what is written on the fan. Here's a link for that too. How do I power 12v computer fans?
