Why not led vs cfl ?
Unlike LED panels or HID/MH lamps, you can get cfls very close to the sprout and this, in turn, can prevent stretching. Although cfls are limited in their growing ability they work extremely well for early sprouts given the less intense nature of a low watt cfl and the nice amount of not to hot but warm ambient temperatures they produce. I have a Mars 300 watt led plus a few supplementary cfls in my seedling/early veg cabinet and big 1200watt Mars2 LED in a tent for when they get into late veg/flower.

When it's dry! lol just kidding. With a baby- don't let her dry too much but don't go crazy either- you can over water to easily so your better to under... also, at this stage- after dome is burned and never spoke of again...mist her every now and again. Oh wait, you are in coco right? Ok, don't let it dry but no reason to go crazy either. Assuming you put drain holes, when she feels a little lighter- water until runoff. Then stop and leave her alone! Lol hope she thrives!
